Is there any way to avoid gaining mass while on Test-E?

Going to be running a long low-dose cycle of DNP soon and afterwards I was considering running my first Test/Nolva cycle but I'm trying to avoid gaining mass at all costs. I'm hoping for a lean, tight look (think Lu Xiaojun rather than John Cena or Big Ron Coleman). I'm only 5'8'' so I tend to pack on mass pretty easily...

My intuition tells me that this is going to be a matter of strict, high protein/low fat diet + cardio and that my lifting will have to take second place to running and HIIT -- is the true?

Either way, my overall goal is to be strong for a lighter weight class (~165), so should I cut down to 150/145 before I run the first cycle?

"Trying to avoid gaining mass at all cost?" wtf? You can naturally achieve Lu Xiaojun's type physique with a good diet. If you don't want to put on mass, don't touch steroids. And I'm assuming you're planning to use nolva for your post cycle therapy (pct) and not on your cycle, right?

yes i'd Theoretically run nolva as the post cycle therapy (pct), the only reason i'm considering fucking around with test is for the strength and healing it provides vs. the fucking swole. it would speed up the process of increasing strength and help keep bodyfat low vs. a few years of bulking and cutting.

anything else, you fucking smartasses?
 
-- and to get this fucking thread back in the right spot: i'm more concerned with strength at a lower weight class and being small-framed, not big. i'm considering a test cycle (with nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) fucking gee golly who'd have fucking thought?) to speed up the process of gaining strength (particularly decreasing time needed to recoup).

if you have any alternatives to test besides bulk/cut, feel free...

hey thanks for the reply! the reason i'm considering doing it with test is because test would speed along the process. literally the only reason.

what are the CONS of cutting with test?
 
If you take test and sit on the couch you should be good for not gaining mass.

Going to publish that as a book and get rich.

I was thinking of doing a very basic, low-rep strength building program with emphasis on olympic lifts and cardio while running a low dose of test. Do you see any potential downsides considering my goal of not putting on mass?
