i know what you said, and it is not right.

low weight high rep training is more conducive to mass than low rep, high weight training. have you ever considered that you're just not "good" when it comes to science and anatomy?

...because you're not, and in this particular instance, you're absolutely wrong.

....Fucking tool...

I will no longer help anyone any more.. Until you hit 75+ posts...

Like national fucking retard day on here!

lol you guys are fucking jerks or idiots or a combination of the two.

yes i'd Theoretically run nolva as the PCT, the only reason i'm considering fucking around with test is for the strength and healing it provides vs. the fucking swole. it would speed up the process of increasing strength and help keep bodyfat low vs. a few years of bulking and cutting.

anything else, you fucking smartasses?

Slow people seem to get offended easy

So your Telling me your looking for a PED to cheat in sports. Why didn't you just say so? what sport BTW??

People like to make things appear more complicated than they really are when it comes to weightlifting.

I've been lifting naturally for 3,5 years and been accused of steroid use, often by those people.

You put tension on a muscle (tear your muscle fibers) it will grow stronger and bigger. You reach caloric surplus with the appropriate macros, you will gain weight.
You reach caloric deficit you will lose weight.
Hit every bodypart at least one a week, have some days off for your rest

small range of motion 8-14 reps
wide range of motion (like squats) 6-12 reps

OP if you don't want to get bulky, maintain your calories or get in a caloric deficit. (which defeats purpose of AAS)

Just LOL.

I'm sure they'll give you quite the reception over at tnation too.

lol what! 'low rep strength' unless your a lazy ass that means 75-95% of your 1RM.. that's MASS building.. you need to be doing a Tabata circuit, sand bags or a reverse pyramid workout or High reps at no more then 60% 1RM, that's where the lean hard muscle comes from. Do the multi joint lifts as well, the more the merrier but to just do that..no.

Going to publish that as a book and get rich.

I was thinking of doing a very basic, low-rep strength building program with emphasis on olympic lifts and cardio while running a low dose of test. Do you see any potential downsides considering my goal of not putting on mass?
