Is This A Rotator Cuff Injury?

I think I may have done a rotator cuff injury. I think I did it on the chin up bar when I went for a ridiculously wide grip about 3 months ago.
Im having a problem on pressing movements.It feels like someone is putting a nail through my shoulder when Im in the pressing phase of the movement. It is also very painful when doing any flye type movement. On the upright pec deck I feel it when I have arms fully extended and elbows are near lats.

Can anyone recognise this injury and if so how do I recover. I recently took a month of from training and it did not help.

Please elaborate a little more, like where exactly does it hurt? Is it the anterior deltoid or the insertion of the pectoral muscles up near the shoulder that could make it feel like a shoulder injury? Is the pain deep or superficial?

From what you wrote above, it sounds more like you hurt when you put the pecs on a stretch, which would lead me to believe that you probably hurt the pec or the anterior delt rather than the rotator cuff.
 
Mine hurts where the side and rear delt come together when I begin to push, feels fine on the way down, and it is my rotator cuff.
 
I think I fucked up my rotator cuff too , last saturday.I was working on my shoulders .1 hour into workout two of my friends teased me and said that I can't push 3 plates.I thought that I was wormed up but fiiiiijuu my arms were but not my front delts and chest.On second rep I've heard something go "klick" in my right shoulder.Didn't hurt right away I worked out for another hour and went home.I woke up at 4 in the morning my right shoulder was killing me.Pain was comming from the top of my front deltoid.There was little swelling but by 6 o'clock it looked ok.On monday it hurt a little.Right now(thursday) I have full range of motion(compared to sunday 30%) and it hurts only a little.Monday was my bench day didn't go, yesturday, I went fuck it was horrible.I decided to do decline bench first .During worm up Iwas ok.Then I put 225 ,picked it up,and as soon as I lowered it like half an inch I let out a fuckin bitch ass squeak "aaiiii" and a tear shot out of my eye.Half of the people laughed at me. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA that shit pissed me off .I tryed flat bench same thing happend.Than I grabbed some dumbells and did flat and decline bench it didn't hurt even at 100 pounds......except on DB flyz.... cable flyz hurt too........one of the personal trainer checked me out and told me that my rotator cuff was partialy ripped....Today 5 days later I feel much better........tho I'm going to stay away from the barbell for another couple of weeks..............

Could very well be a rotator injury. I would suggest making a trip to a sports doctor and have it looked at before it gets any worse.
