Hi everyone, been thinking about my first cycle for ages and I've done a lot of research.
This is what I'm planning to do:

weeks 1-10:
300 - 500mg testosterone (enanthate) per week
320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day to avoid prostate hyperplasia
1 quarter tablet of arimidex every other day (0.25mg) to avoid gyno and Edema

balding is not in my family so I'm not planning on using anything to prevent that as I've been told its not needed for this kind of cycle.

PCT 2 weeks after the last shoot

clomid
Day 1-11: 100mg
Day 12-17: 50mg
Day 18-22: 25mg
Day 22-26: 12.5mg

What are your opinions of this for a first cycle? Greatly appreciated, thanks

Can you list your age, weight, height, body fat percentage, training history and any injury/medical conditions?

10 weeks is short, it takes bout 6 weeks for test to kick in, also why you tapering down so much on pct? run nolva and clomid not just one... and run it like weeks 1- 100mg, weeks 2-4 @ 50mg

2nd all that imdennis said. Maybe look into Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during cycle and/or pre post cycle therapy (pct). Looks solid tho

20, 5'11, 120... around 10%. Been training for 1 year hard, mostly compound exercises and really been working hard on nutrition to bulk up. Muscle gains are coming slow which I expect but weight gain is still incredibly slow to.... (wouldn't mind gaining fat). Been through a phase of eating 4-5 meals a day (or at minimum 3 big ones) and gained a pound in about 2 weeks but couldn't keep it up, felt like a full time job and got in the way of life. Hence why i'm turning to steroids...

Personally I would reconsider this cycle. Gaining is simple once you learn how eat. You're probably expending more than your intake. More importantly, at 20 years old you're not fully developed and you could hinder your growth and potentially cause long term damage. But if that's not something you will consider, I would at least consider your current weight. Cycling at 120 lbs us a surefire way to get injured. Please be safe and think about this for a while.

There is something seriously wrong with your nutritional plan and it needs to be evaluated by an experienced professional.

Best of luck to you, regardless of the route you take.

Austinite once again giving great advice!! @20 yrs old and 120 u have plenty time and tons of natural growth before AAS, not doggin ya but my wife is a fit 5'9 130lbs bro,FOOD is the MOSTanabolic substance on earth and extremely underrated. Dial in your diet and get solid training regimen and growth WILL happen, even on AAS diet plays an incredibly pivotal role in ones successful cycle. do some research on nutrition, figure out what ur maintenance cals are and eat 500 to 1000 cals over maintenance, and yes i mean count your calories, count your macros, i mean truly dial in your diet and u won't be disappointed. 4 to 5 meals a day may do it for you, myself i prefer 7to8 smaller meals so i don't get to full and lethargic, its a bit different for everyone but you should most definitely know what works for u before cycling, if u want someone to lay out a diet for ya hit up 3j (ology's resident nutritionalist), i understand he puts together a phenomenal diet tailored specifically to your goals. do yourself a favor and hold off on AAS a few years and get everything else in order first!! good luck!!

ill hit up 3j like you said... not sure how long i'll be able to stick with another nutrition plan as I've been going through them for years. Everyone here seems confident more calories would increase weight which I know it will. But im a very slow gainer and cant manage a surplus that will gain weight like I want to. (which is at least 1 pound per week!!) I've only ever gotten that from eating 2 or 3 cheat type meals a day

thanks for your response by the way
