I can't tell from your pic, but if it had a blue flip top that revealed the rubber stopper, then it is legit. From my experience, the ones that have the "crease" in the metal cap that has to be bent off, those are bunk. That could explain why they were only $15 a vial in TJ.

The color doesn't surprise me. I have seen legit ones in both dark blue and light blue labels.
