Is Tuna actually bad

Ya that seems like way too much man. I don't think i'd be able to eat only tuna for more than one day. A lot of meats are pretty cheap chicken, ground beef etc and they at least have some flavor.
 
I remember watching Ronnie Coleman's documentary and seeing him eat about 2lbs of grits in the morn, and 4 chicken breasts plain with sweet baby rays barbecue sauce on it. When you are eating 12,000 kcal a day, you tend not to need all the frills of taste, your eating as a formality.
