Itchy Nipps 4th Week of Cycle. How Much to Up Arimidex By?

I am currently at .5mg EOD, due to take my next dose tomorrow morning, how much should I up it to? I just noticed the itchiness yesterday. My nipples still look pretty much the same as before cycle, only slightly puffier at random times. This is my first cycle of test btw. 500mg Test only cycle.

Well yea obviously, im getting them next week. But should I up my adex? They dont really itch that much, just when I'm sweaty. Idk its just the sweat or signs of gyno coming in?

But my progesterone/prolactin is high and I'm lactating.
