Hey guys

Gotta quick question:
I've finished my cycle end of June (10 week dbol/deca)
Wanna know when is it safe to run my next cycle of deca/test ???

My friends are suggesting to wait a year ???

Any advice greatly apprecheated !!!!

Unless you consider time on to include PCT....then it's 10 weeks + 3 weeks waiting do do post cycle therapy (pct) + 3 weeks of post cycle therapy (pct) = 16 weeks.

If you use 10 weeks between them, then it's really down to 4 weeks wait after you do PCT.......................

6 weeks.. thats all your body needs you wont lose any gains by going longer, but to be safe atleast 6wks. and your body is cleaned out then.
