Hey ladies!! i need some help!!!
ive just been taught what i know from men, and although all their information is spot on i feel like there is something missing, because im a female, and they are males haha. I need to hear about your experiences!

i have been training weights for a year and a half now. ive seen a good improvement in my body but i wanted more so i started Anavar 2 weeks ago 6mg a day.
I train 5 Days a week and have started walking almost every day twice a day for an Hour each time. so equaling 2 hours a day roughly.
i weigh 62.5kg roughly or 137 in lbs i am 166cm tall or 5.4ft.
I eat a low carb diet, usualy oats in the morning with fruit in between lunch which would be some sort of meat then some more fruit and then some sort of meat at dinner weather its caserole or just a steak fish chicken or lamb.
I have a bit fat on my tummy that is extremely stubborn and wont leave which is why i have started walking twice a day. i want this gone i NEED this gone asap.
After two weeks on Anavar I feel a bit stronger and a little bit harder and a new vein appeared.
Now, i also get bad skin so my doctor has given me the pill, Brenda, to clear it up! but im hearing it has estrogen in it! i dont want estrogen so i decided today i wouldnt take it anymore.
so im stressing about my skin and brenda effecting my anavar cycle. what are your thoughts? i think i should stop, but what do you recon?
i also feel i could maybe up my dosage of anavar just a tad as very little is happening. say a 12mg 2 days on 1 day off??
should i try an estrogen supressant?
what are your experiences on Anavar? did you stack with something else? did you change your diet?
Please take me seriously people at the gym allways give be just breif answers and i actually wana fucken learn this. once i learn i will be so happy.
