JACK 3D & Serious Mass , r they enough?

Just wanted to know , I am 32 years old , use to be 65 KG two months back now 70 KG, male, 5-7 height, bodybuilding for last 5 months, I started using creatine, gultamine with prolab N large, amino capsules for two months, got good pumps, gained a noticeable size at biceps and shoulders but chest is not getting effected that much. I perform chest one time in a week, heavy weight as much as I can lift, bench press, incline, dumb press, flying and dips.

After this I brought Animal Pack & No2 Nitric Oxide, both are sort of pre work out , I mean both are using taken before exercise, but I felt no energy gain or size gain using these in two weeks,

Today I brought Jack3D & Serious Mass, do you think its a good idea to gain size?

And is there any specific supplement which focus at chest size?

I having a good diet plan too.

Please suggest
 
No supplement to date that hits certain parts, only training and your diet will help that. Lot of people use Jacked and Animal pump. Make sure your getting plenty of protein and if not already using creatine, add it in. Also check out reviews on Pes Anabeta you will find it on Orbitnutrition, gl bro.
 
JACK3D can make you a beast in the gym, and Serious Mass has a shit ton of calories. Both are good, but make sure those are just ADDITIONS to a good diet and routine. Just because Serious Mass has a shit ton of calories for a shake, doesn't mean you can substitute it for all your meals.
 
serious mass is a cheap product. bad carbs and cheap concentrate whey.

i would make your own mass gains post WO drink.

30-50g whey
10-20oz milk
ice
peanut butter
liquid egg white
oilve oil
oatmeal


i could go on and on... use food and make something of your own.
 
Diet is number one. Supps are secondary. I have been known to make my own shakes too. This is what I like....

*2 cups skim milk
*4tbs peanut butter
*1/2 banana
*1/4 cup oats
*1 scoop Whey to Build Muscle (currently using rocky road flavor)

2) Whats the best way to take JACK3D , cold water on empty stomach 30 minutes before workout? or is there any other effective way too?

3) Also for chest do you think , i should do it twice in a day, like in morning also in evening? onces a week

don't workout with an empty stomach man, just take it 1h or so after eating a meal, about 15min preworkout
 
Is it harmful to use JACK 3D for longer period?

Can anyone suggest if JACK 3D is used one time before workout on empty stomach , and I give on using it for 3 months or so will it have bad effects on kidney or anything else?

And if I just keep using JACK3d and serious mass for 3 months with good diet will it have good effect?

Also I never felt anything by using Nitro Oxide Nano2 and Animal Pak like i will it with JACK 3D
 
Neither will put size on you without proper diet. But try n2kts if you are in need of a pre workout. If you like jack3d I guarantee you will LOVE n2kts. It's basically a better version of jack3d.
 
Taking on empty stomach can be from person to person. I have taken several pwo without food and never have problems. I have been taking DS Craze for months now, and has become staple for me. It is very effective, good taste and not high priced.

I wake up , take JACK3d on empty stomach , work out, then i dont eat anything till one hour, after one hour i take my proper diet then Creatine Monohrdate, and in between meals Serious mass.

Now my question is if I work out one day with JACK3D and the other with 1 M R , using two different pwo , wht effects it can have?
 
Masturbation and workout?

Guys , wht if a person masturbate twice a week , having skinny body , which is the best supplement to over cum or recovering from the masturbation thing? i know many will say shut up there is nothing with masturbation, but is it effecting the build, like i feel sunken face, effect on legs and chest, i feel that i lost the pumps and ppl also say the other day that the glow on face is gone so masturbation cannot be stopped now what food or supplement type like amino etc can help in recovering
