hey man i was wondering how everything went with lattimer...? he's only 20 min from my house and was thinking about setting up an appointment for bench techniques from the genetic monster..

it was a really good time, i learned alot. If you go at it shirted he will help you tremendously. For two hours for 90 bucks it isn't much when you think about all the wasted time it will save you.

i think its good to struggle and learn on your own..I also think you would get tremendous help working with someone of Latts caliber in just one session..

hell everytime i see a vid on the net or pop in a dvd i learn something new..just imagine ifd you had someone there like that to critique you..very worth it

thanx yeah its a cheap price for such a great bencher... better than paying 30 bux for some asshole at my gym to tell me that my hams and back should be touching and that wide grip is best yadda yadda yadda...
