Ok So I will be logging my Lean Bulk.
I am using PSL gear (EP Line) and RUI ancillaries.
Cycle Will be Test E, Tren E, Low Dose Deca with a Tbol kick start.
Ill be using Stane as my ai and my standard clomid/nolva pct. HCG will be used on cycle.
My pre-cycle blood work came in today. Ill be starting the log off by posting my blood work when I get home from work. Then I will lay out the cycle with specifics (dosages etc).
I am really looking forward to this one and have waited some time to get everything in order. Ill be starting at a 350cal/day surplus and adjusting from there. The log will include pre, mid and post cycle blood work which I will be posting.

That's great Jimi - it looks like you're in for a really nice cycle.

With PSL and RUI you'll have the best of both worlds working together.

You have laid this cycle out quite well. No one seem to have much to say to differ. Your layout on the post describing the overall plan was great. The newbies as well as some others should see how to describe the general overall plan first without all the details... Ha oldmusclemike likes it :)
 
HCT is a tad high... you gonna donate before kicking off?

This cycle is similar to one I'm planning once my injury clears up - I'm guessing the low dose Deca is for joint support?

Tomorrow afternoon I will donating blood. Thats exactly what the deca is for, I run it every cycle.

OK so before I touch on my actual cycle dosages etc I wanna talk about my diet and training. After all thats the real magic here man. If I do this part right success is certain. The following is something I mapped out a long time ago and am just getting around to running it now. It is a carb cyce diet with a training program worked around it allowing you to benefit from training diff body parts coming off the high carb days. Its pretty OCD in its methods and actually its over thought but I am fairly certain it will work and work very well. In fact I am convinced I can not only lean bulk but perhaps to a degree even recomp following it.
Here Goes:

Carb Cycle / Workout Schedule:

Week 1
Monday; Lo carb , light cardio
Tuesday; Hi carb , Train- Chest/Bis
Wednesday; no carb , Train - Thighs
Thursday; no carb, light cardio
Friday; Hi carb+ 1 cheat meal, Train- Shoulders/Tris
Sat; Lo carb, Train- Back/Calves
Sun; Lo carb

Week 2
Monday; Lo carb , light cardio
Tuesday; Hi carb , Train-Thighs

Thanks bro, I am more stoked than I have been in some time to be honest. I had a heck of a time with BW. Thats the second draw, first one came up with all wacked out results. Couldnt test many things. It was a pain.

Well here is the deal, Im not going to get into specific doses just yet.
Ill say this:
Test E - Moderate to High Dose
Deca- Low , Therapeutic Dose
Tren E - Low (imo) Dose
Tbol- Kick Start first 5 weeks

Ill be running HCG at 250 iu's - 2x/week
Ill be running Stane at 37.5mg/day - split into 2 doses
Ill be running NAC at 1200mg/day
Ill be taking Albuterol as a pre workout and on workout days only, prob 6mgs, maybe 9mg tops, but 6 usually does the trick.

I am excited to try this PSL EP Line as I heard good things from my buddy Juced about it (TY JP for the feedback)
I am running RUI's Stane, Albut, NAC and using them for my PCT -clomid & Nolva)
My HCG is Pregnyl which I have had for a while unreconstituted- stored properly of course

Jimi we're excited to read your feedback and how well you do. Your training program is thick. You should do well. How much weight gain do you think you will accomplish?

I have to say I am excited to use your EP line of products. People I respect very much have said great things about it so I havent felt this good about a gear purchase in quite a while.
Also I have to say your service has been top notch man. From the communication, the ship time right through to the packaging everything went smooth as silk. Very professional- I like that.
As far as gains after all is said and done (water weight gone) if I can gain 8-12lbs and gain 3%bf or less I will be totally thrilled man. I know to some they say 10lbs of muscle, thats nothing. You have to remember thats actual muscle I am talking about- not water weight. Also when you have been doing this for 20+ years the gains arent like they used to be.
Ill get into more details tomorrow I am just glad to have gotten this cycle going as well as this log. I am very motivated and plan on using this log to keep detailed records as well as for motivation.
