JimiThing's PSL Thing! A Lean Bulk Log!!

OK exciting week. I got tested in Bod Pod the beginning of the week. So I am using those results as my starting point for my cycle.
It only cost $35 and every time I get retested the price drops $5 with a minimum of $15 charge.
My Stats: 5' 10.5" , 242lbs, 17 % BF
This will be what I measure my progress against when I get retested post cycle.
This week is going well.
Pinned my Test & Tren Monday as well as 250iu's hcg
My daily dosing of Stane at 37.5mg, NAC at 1200mgs, and Tbol at 50mg is ongoing.
I love the Carb cycle type diet. It is so easy to do as on the no carb days just knowing you will have a high carb day soon makes it very easy to do. As I said before the diet makes things like oatmeal taste like a total treat man. Also on my High Carb days I picked up fat free ice cream for a little treat and I ate it post workout.
The gear is definitely kicking in, I feel my sex drive going way up. Tbol is interessting. I feel almost dbol like pumps to the point it is a pain in the ass doing cardio as the calf pumps are annoying. Some slight strength increases occurring already.
If you read my workout I want to emphasize my rep ranges are merely guides. My training really is a form of HIT as my rep range is merely a guide for where total failure occurs. I am also utlizing negatived and forced reps as well. My gyn time is actually pretty short. About an hour tops.
So dar I am very pleased. Next week I think I will add prami into the mix . Im not really getting any prolactin sides but it has been my experience when I run deca and tren they usually do occur. This cycle my tren dose is very low so they may not but I think I am going to add it in anyway.
I did my test, deca, tren pin this am. I am working out after work which is different from my normal schedule but I am really looking forward to hitting the gym.
Love that "on" motivation.

How many weeks?

10lbs muscle with proper diet and training and gear and PCT should be quite easy.

14-16 not sure yet
10 lbs post pct & water weight when you have been working out and cycling for 20+ years is by no means "quite easy". If you get there you will know what I mean.

Things are going great. I lost about a week plus or so to internet/weather issues. The weather here was horrible and my net was down way more than it was up. Also I lost some time at the gym ( I missed a full week at the gym but did do as much as I could at home to make up for it) Anyway on to the update.
Everything is progressing quite nicely.
The Gear: I am very pleased with the PSL EP products. I love the feeling when things build up and get to that kicked in point. Heck just the leading up to it is awesome but I am at the stage now where I think things are pretty much fully in gear. The products are smooth with no PIP what so ever. The tbol is a pretty interesting oral. It does kick things off not like a dbol but I def feel it. It also doesnt make you hold water like a dbol does either. I do get pumps from it and I kind of like the feeling of gaining some strength without holding so much water along with it. All in all I am really happy with the products. Strength is going up, sex drive way up, gains are coming on. The EP line gets a thumbs up from me which I am not surprised about, the people who told me it was good gear are people I trust.
The Ancillaries: So far so good which is no surprise here either. Im using ARR NAC, Stane and Prami. Im dosing the NAC at 1200mgs/day, the Stane at 37.5mgs/day, and the prami at .5mgs/day. I pretty much knew these doses would play out well with my cycle dosages and they are.
The Diet: Diet is going really good as well. I have very much stayed on point. Carb cycling is a great form of diet for me to follow. I never feel like I am robbed. On the low or no carb days I know a carb up day is coming so it really isnt that tough a sacrifice. I have stayed right on point with the diet.
The Workouts: Workouts have been fantastic and are only getting better and better. My strength is steadily increasing and my intensity is totally there. I did miss some time at the gym due to weather like I said but it seems like we are through that mess finally. I am really pleased with the workout progression.
Overview: Things are going awesome man. Gear kicked in, diet and training on point. Motivation is there. Intensity is through the roof. Gains are coming along. I am well on my way with this one and expect good things. With this weather behind us I dont think not being able to get to the gym will be an issue any more and Also I should be able to update regularly now as well. A little twist I am thinking about adding IGF in post cycle and running it during my pct and after it as well. Ill get more into that as the time comes.

The thing I've noticed about tbol, is it takes a bit to kick in unlike dbol. I didn't notice much from it until the end of week 3. I think it's best suited for the tail end of a cycle because of it's hardening effects.

This was my first time ever using it and you may very well be right. I like it but its def different if you are used to using say dbol or drol to kickstart a cycle. Very different. I could see it being useful for what you are saying, for sure. Its wierd its a test based steroid but it reminds me almost of a dht based steroid.

Tbol is a strange oral in the fact that it takes a while to kick in. The gains are not explosive, but they are quality dry gains. Comparable to var, but with a more tendency to gain mass.

This is pretty much a perfect analogy/description for tbol. It sums it up to a T (little pun there).
BTW I had an awesome workout today. It was so intense and my focus and aggressiveness was off the charts. Nothing quite like the "on" feeling. Its like every workout equals progress.
I really like tren e at this low dose (400mg/week). Almost zero sides except some minor night sweating but the gains from it are there for sure. I normally run my test on the low side and tren higher but this cycle I wanted to run tren at a low dose and test higher. Im on top of managing my e2 with stane and Im also taking prami. I probably dont even need the prami but with me also running deca at a low dose in addition to the tren I decided to use it. Ive gotten so much in the habit of running lower test and whatever other compounds Im running higher I forgot how great it feels to be on a high dose of test. Its an awesome feeling. Great well being, sex drive off the charts, alpha feeling but not too aggressive or short fused like I can get on high doses of tren. If you guys have gotten away from higher test and lower tren or deca or whatever I suggest revisiting a high test cycle. With the proper ancillaries I am loving it.

Yeah Im real pleased with it. Juced told me he really liked the EP test and the deca so I figured I was safe going with it but you know how it goes, I was still really happy when I felt for myself that it was good gear. Im hitting it hard bro, thanks for following and the support.
