So here is an update, and it kind of sucks. I have been sick the last two days. Im on antibiotics and am starting to feel better today. I hate down time like this when on cycle. I really hate it.

Ill be back hitting it today. Lost almost a week due to strep throat man and it sucked. I ate as best I could and I seem to have lost mostly water but i will know more later when I hit the gym etc. Good to be back.
 
Good thing you had all those androgens in you to preserve that muscle while you were sick :) I remember I got the chicken pox way back during my first cycle. I lost 8lbs in about 5 days due to sweating and not eating. I'm assuming the test helped my preserve most of my gains because man I was shredded after that lol.

It seems there was not much lost but water weight. The last couple days my workouts have been very good and I am rehydrating, filling back out nicely. Overall I am really pleased that it didnt turn into more of a loss. I hate down time when I am on and really I guess I am lucky it was just a week. I have been on point with diet and training to a T and in all reality the several days off probably did some amount of good. I certainly caught up on rest and while I didnt get all my cals in I did damn good considering. Ill be running mid cycle bloods in a couple weeks.
Overall I am really pleased if you take out this small setback.
 
So today was a good day, I mean a really good day. Diet totally on point. Very aggressive, high intensity workout. I am not longer taking the tbol but I didnt feel much of a drop off at all which is nice. It was kind of a smooth transition almost. Im thinking tbol is a nice kickstart or even a finisher for a cycle. Next cycle I may try it on the back end.
One supplement I have been taking that I totally forgot to mention in this entire thread was my low dose daily cia. I mention this because I checked my BP today and it was 128/84, freaking beautiful.
Just a quick update, glad I am feeling better and 100% back on track man!
 
Glad to hear your 100%! I to was sick for a couple of weeks during my blast it blows but am also backb100%.

Funny when I was at the dr getting antibiotic fir my sinus infection she told me I had the BP of an 18 year old 8 dont remember the exact numbers but close to what you got I beleive and asked what my secret was Lol. just said good ckean living :). I to am taking rui cialis working wonders for me.

Speaking of the IGF, I read that IGF works best if done with a very high testosterone level in the body. Just a thought if you wanted to start using it before you end the cycle. Thanks for the log so far, I love seeing what others accomplish!

I have considered adding it but I think I am going to save that for thee next cycle and give it a try.
Im going to be posting dome stats the end of next week but I have to say in spite of losing a week to illness I am very pleased thus far. I will also be getting some blood work and will be posting that as well.
As kind of a mid cycle summation of how it going Id have to say its going excellent. I am pleased with the gear for sure. I was simply going to let the numbers from my mid cycle bloods tell the tale but I can say with certainty that the PSL EP line is a quality line of gear. Having been in the game for a long time and done many cycles it is great to be able to feel everything you are taking doing its job and the results coming if I do my part. The ancillaries are also doing their job as well as I am sure the blood work will reflect too. I have used rui for some time and have to say I am very comfortable recommending their products. It is nice since I switched exclusively to them not having to worry about the quality of my ai and my other ancillaries.
Overall the cycle is going excellent. I have stuck to the carb cycling diet and the corresponding workout with excellent results.
As you can tell I am happy the only thing that makes me sad is that I am almost to the second half of my cycle, time flies! I wish I could feel like this and make this kind of progress all the time but dont we all!
This cycle has brought me back to a level of discipline and dedication I have not had in some time. Dont get me wrong I have done some nice cycles and so on but this one I have really dedicated myself and nothing has let me down. Not the products nor myself.
 
How many grams of carbs on lo and high days?

I try to gain as little fat as possible. Lean bulking is something you have to do on your own and find out what works for you theres just too many factors. I'm interested in knowing what your diet was like.

You mean what my diet IS like! Dont write me off yet Im only 1/2 way through this puppy!
Diet=Carb Cycle diet.
Even though Im half way through I have added to my total caloric intake 2x and probably will 2 more. Where some people make a mistake IMO is they do not increase cals as cycle goes on and muscle mass has been added. Today is a no carb day. Have a meeting- ill get into details in a bit.
 
Yes, as muscle mass increases, your need for calories also increases. 3J is helping me through that right now, he just upped my carbs.
