I was curious about how effective the joint force is compared to Skeletal Balm? Has anyone used both? Do you take fish oil or krill oil? If not I would recommend starting to, I prefer the krill oil because it is stronger.
I currently take fish oil and flax oil in my daily diet. I also take a vitamin E pill in the am and before I go to bed. I was considering on adding MSM / Chondrotin, but wanted to see if there's anything else out there I should be aware of.

I haven't had a chance to use skel bal yet but I have used prescribed rubs very similar to this one and they lasted me a few months .I would use it for a week or 2 to get it going in my system then only use it on lifting days so I stretched out my stuff for awhile
When I played college football I was one the GNC Tri-flex for my joints. My knees used to kill me before I started taking it, but after I started I never had any pain in them. I guess it can probably be assumed that the same stuff kept me from getting pain in my elbows and shoulders as well.
