Absolutely. Thanks to jimi and juced for sharing the knowledge
The 22 week cycle sounds adventerous

Jimi and Juced, I'm not sure if either of you have experience with peptides but I'm curious about TB500.
I read about it's ability to help repair connective tissue.
These are my questions:
Is there any evidence to support the idea that TB500 or any peptide for that matter does anything for disc injuries?
Assuming someone has a bulged disc in their spine where the fibrous wall is still intact but weakened, could TB500 along with massage or chiropractic therapy strengthen the fibrous wall enough to effectively eliminate the condition?

Exemestane (Aromasin)
- Half Life: 24 hours
- Recommended dose: 25 to 50 mg Every Day. (for a basic 500mg Testosterone cycle)
- Common side effects: Hot flashes, fatigue, insomnia, headache, depression, elevated bilirubin, elevated liver enzymes, alopecia, back pain, chest pain, constipation, lymphopenia .
- Drug interactions: Lowers the effectiveness of DHEA. Double your dose of DHEA in the presence of Aromasin.
When I run aromasin at 25mg all I seem to get is dry/sore joints, so I just split the dosage

I have experience with tb500. In fact I have a log here: http://www.steroidology.com/forum/peptide-science/635020-jimi-s-rui-tb-500-log.html
While the injury is not the same I will say this, I would recommend it. It truly helped me tremendously.
I also have experience with cjc/ghrp stack as well. That combo doesed at 100mcg-3x/day each was also effective. There is a def GH increase with it.
I can speak to the efficacy of the above peptides, however I cant tie them directly to your injury based on my personal experience. Anecdotally I can see tb500 helping. Ill say this if nothing else I firmly believe it has potent anti inflammatory properties that would at minimum provide you with relief and if you can do or are doing any type of rehab it will make it more effective.
Hope that helps/ Maybe others will chime in!
In regards to the TB500, are it's healing properties only relevant to fairly new injuries?
I would say no as I read a log elsewhere where the individual had been dealing with a tendonitis/elbow issue for years and had success with tb500. Actually he fairly recently updated the log and to this day he still has the relief from his tb run from 6+ months ago. Hope that helps.
yeah AWESOME that you have that log! Thank you for that.
when i try it I will post up myself.
How long did you run the ghrp/cjc combo when you ran it?
where you on cycle? I LOVE peps on cycle, but would do them off also.
also how much Nac do you take? Iv had it in supps before, not pure. I am looking at getting a bottle or two from rui next time i grab any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or peps.
It does.
I'm going to have to give this stuff a shot for disc injuries.
It sounds very promising!
I had planned on running the ghrp/cjc stack for 12 weeks and if i was pleased i would extend it and i did end up extending it to almost 20 weeks. The biggest things I noticed were..well heck it was like a mild toned down GH run. Also if anyone is cutting it definitely helps you to stay lean or get lean. I had a few dietary lapses a couple weeks long during that time that i normally would have paid for but running that peptide stack I 100% got away with them without any adverse consequences. I ran it through a cruise and burst cycle and I think to optimize the performance of this peptide stack the synergy of anabolics alongside is highly advisable.
As far as NAC I run 600mg/day all the time and when taking an oral i run 1200mg/day. Its an awesome glutathione precursor - which is an amazing anti oxidant. NAC(like the deca lol) is a part of my ritual for life im sure man. I def suggest getting some buddy. You dont "feel it" per se but long term you def feel and expereince the benfit of taking a good anti oxidaant. Skin tone, hair, overall heath benefits not to mention when you see the #'s in your bloodwork as far as what it does re: ast/alt values..you will never take an oral without it.
I wanna pick your brain a bit about igf. Ive heard everything from people loving it to people saying its useless but I trust and respect your opinion so when you get a chance some info here on how you use it and which type, lr3 or des, or both etc would be awesome man.
Do you use GHRP-2 or GHRP-6 and do you use CJC by itself or CJC w/ Dac? What doses do you suggest?
ghrp6 and cjc1293 (which is mod 1-29= w/o dac). I did 100mcg each - 3x/day,300mcg/day total of each.
Thanks, that is SubQ injected isn't it? That is a lot of pinning in one day/week/month/year!!

Ill tell you bro, I was its biggest skeptic, especially considering its background use coming ffrom being used in horses. I tried that kynoselen crap that supposedly provided amazing results in horses and it didnt do shit. Also this stuff sounded a bit to good to be true. All in all I honesty thought I would have to politely beg off of my tb500 log and gracefully and tactfully try to explain how it didnt work for me as aan individual blah blah blah being it was from a site sponsor but I experienced quite the opposite. The sstuff reaally worked for me and Im glad i used it. Knowing what I know now I would have used it if it cost 3x as much as it did cause it really worked out that good for me.
Thanks for input! Gonna prob grab some on next RUI order this winter. I dont run orals often, but ill likely just take it for good measure anyway.
Now IGF1... I have a few theory's as to why some dislike IGF1 or think its complete BS, ill just bullet point a few:
* Crappy quality
* Too much expectations
* miss-used
* not enough long term use over multiple cycles.
I personally love IGF1, I have posted about it many times across the forums!
But that it not because it is some magical grow over night compound... far from it. It takes multiple 4-8 week cycles to get decent amount of new muscle. but long term it really builds up. AND i feel an enhancement in recovery after about a week in. there is mild effects you will notice in a cycle, but after a few I feel they build up and really allow you more possible muscle size gain while using AAS.
as to whats better, Des or LR3... I cant really say. What I can say is i Love both. I am new to Des but have had a run of it and all went well, similar results like lr3, but again this wa sonly one 4 week run. i have 2 more cycles of Des in my fridge (one to start soon) and then i will compare to my last few years of LR3 use.
I think its great on cycle, in PCT, off cycle.. you name it! If i did PCT ( i am on hrt) then i would always do a IGF1 run during PCT because I believe it may help speed up recovery AND minimize muscle loss during this time. It wont hinder PCT, only possibly help it.
