I'm not sure. I know they are VERY strict there on weed. I think Dubai itself is a little more lenient than the rest of the UAE, but I doubt you'll get anything. I had a look online and you get some people saying you can buy any gear in a pharmacy there, but most are saying you won't get anything without a prescription, and then it will be verryexpensive.
Not sure about the women. The locals are mostly Muslim, but I'm not sure how moderate they are. There is a LOT of quality muff in Dubai from all over the world, but it's pretty classy muff and you are competing with guys who have their Ferrari crushed when the air freshener wears off.
There is NO amount of muscle that can attract women as well as a 9 digit bank account. Don't believe me? Look at Bernie Ecclestone.
Spend all the extra cash you'll be earning on more food and joining a better gym. Don't risk the gear. From what I hear they don't need hard proof to punish you.
