Hey guys, just stoppin in to say hello and offer my thanks to the powers that be for this site. I'm a beginner, and will absorb all the info I can. I have been working out for about 4 years, wieght is 157, height is 5'8" and I would consider my build to be athletic. My bodyfat hovers between 8-12%
Current supplements are the NOX-CG3, xtest, and xngf from XYience. I also take about 150 grams of protien a day (muscle milk)
Anyways, the program I'm on just isnt cuttin it. I guess I'm a super hard gainer...LOL Thinking of tryin somethin new.

Thanks

Welcome and good luck!
Do not use steroids atleast until you reach 200pounds at a low bf% as a natty.

Good Advise! Until you learn to eat enough and train with enough intensity to grow naturally, you'll never benefit much from AAS. Rule of thumb, you should have no trouble reaching a 1,200 lbs. power lifting total WITHOUT Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) USE. Just as a guideline, shoot for a 300 lbs. or more bench press, 400 lbs. or more full squat, and a 500lbs. or more dead lift.

Awesome...thanks for the advice. I might be able to hit those marks lifting. As I'm at 295 on the bench right now, 280 on a full squat, and 340 on the dead lift. But for me to reach 200 lbs? I dont know, my body likes to stay pretty trim

You have some good starting lifts. To get to 1,200 lbs. total, your lifts will need to go up 30%. If you had a corresponding 30% increase in total body weight you would weigh 204 lbs. This is not to say that body weight always goes up at the same rate as strength, but it will absolutely go up. Think of it hyperbolically; To do a 2,200 lbs. total in powerlifting, you would need to be one damn big man!

youre not eating enough. eat 5000+ kcal a day with 300+ g of protien.
4 800+ kcal solid meals and 2 1000 kcal shakes, lift hard and heavy with focus on progressive strength gains and you will put on a shit ton of weight this year.
