Just Another Rookie Needing Some Info

spread it out over the day. i wake up at 5:30 and start eating and i will eat all day long right up untill bed at 10:00.
 
you get used to eatting and so does ur body, I ate 3 servings of pancakes,4 eggs, and sausage 2 hrs ago and I'm hungry again. Seems like lately the more I eat the hungrier I get, Gonna get my grub on right now lol. Bro I wrestled at 112 and 119 my senior yr in hs. So I know all about being small, but with alot of hard work I have managed to put on 60 lbs over the yrs. "You need to take ur time man this is not a race, this is a lifestyle" Stole that from someone but it fits here
 
is it ok to nap after a workout or mid day?? sometimes i workout, take down a shake and like an hour or so later im tired...is that ok?? i get enough sleep ( i think). in bed around 11:00 and i get up at 8.

haha eat, sleep and workout...sounds like something i could get used to. i honestly didnt feel it was a lack of energy but im glad to know sleeping 12 hours a day can be normal.
 
cool. so i doubled my calorie intake and almost trippled my protein intake today...i dont see how the hell you can eat so much. ive been miserable all day trying to feed my face..but if thats what i have to do...then i guess its round 2 tomorrow.

Bro, talk to 3J in the diet section. He'll help u out big time. Upping the calorie intake is what ur going to have to do, now doubling it IDK about ? Fats and carbs are just as important in a diet as protein. U can't just double ur calorie intake and triple ur protein. It might not be the right thing for u at ur stats. Talk to the pro seriously.

Scroll down to the diet forum. Post up what ur goals are and ur full stats. U can ask for him to set u up a diet, but he'll prolly just chime in right away. Just post something like "new here need help on a diet to gain some weight" Good luck with it man.

thanks for the insight bro. and actually thanks for everybody who's helped lead me to the right direction. i want to do this the right way so im off to the diet forum now.

No problem man, stay on this section as well. Read away u'll learn a lot. That way when ur ready to cycle in a few years u'll have the wealth of knowledge u need.
