Did three tests. 5 min spans. Now I did feel a little nervous because I know that I'm
on so idk if that caused a spike. It was just weird that it went high/normal/high

1. 150/80
2. 136/74 (this is my normal)
3. 156/86

Cycle
Test E 500mg
Tbol 40mg
Proviron 25mg
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
N2guard

I'm 30
5'7"
165lbs
Under 10% bodyfat. People say I look 6-8% but I doubt that

My cholesterol, hdl, LDL, triglycerides are normally always better than average

Those "high" are borderline for concern but not scary.

How long have you been running?

Do have a GFR or Hemo issue?

One week. I started getting flushed in the face and real warm at night. Sometimes I get night sweats. Is it just my body adjusting?

I stopped the tbol for two days and the flushif went away. Got on aromasin

I did labs before cycle and everything was in normal range

Remember 500mgs of Test will take way out of range. You would be surprised what can be done on 300mgs.

I was going to say of you're late in your cycle with jacked BP it can be read as more normal due to Red Blood Cells accumulating and making your heart work overtime.

Keep that BP checked and pull Labs again at 6 weeks and access.

my bp was up to the 170s over 90-110 range when i got off a really long cycle (23wks)... i didnt know it was that high til i was starting post cycle therapy (pct) & had a very hard time dropping it afterward. like crazyfmike says, its borderline, which really isnt that high...as long as your BP stays 150 over less than 90s, you should be ok, do start getting proactive about trying to drop it w/out meds (drop your sodium intake, drink plenty h2o and maybe take some hawthorn berry & other vitamins that can drop BP) if you are like 2 wks into your cycle and it keeps climbing up, then do go to the dr and get on some meds if the natural stuff isnt working... from what ive read on a few posts here, lots of bros go on BP meds during cycle & my doc told me to do the same on my next cycle. good luck bro!

Thanks bros

My labs 2 days before cycle

eGfr 91
Hemoglobin 15.0
Hematocrit 44.9
WBC 6.9
Bun 18
Creatinine 1.09
Glucose 91

Test 515
Lh 7.8
Fsh 2.9
Estradiol 16.8

You can also try a garlic supplement I know on my previous cycles that's what I've done and it has brought it back down to within normal range...

Hibiscus tea and passion flower tea magically dropped my BP by the 2nd time i drank it.. but i am not currently on a cycle. but who knows it may help u out along with the others....hibiscus is really cheap. buy it at any mexican market , it should be where all the smelly spices are. its called jamiaca in spanish. the dr oz show says green unroasted coffee bean extract works well too... even tho green tea has caffiene, it has been shown to be effective in controling bp... in some studies nattokinase has been shown to be as beneficial as aspirin. eat a shit load of dark leafy veggies & dark fruits like cherrys &blue berries. it sounds like alot, but i personally would rather try to go this route first before popping bp meds. if u do manage to get it down, let us know what worked for you bro.

When you average the 3 readings out, you're actually not that much above your norm - 147/80. I just spent a couple months with BP of 170/96. I took some red yeast rice and it really helped lower it.
I don't think your numbers are to bad right now but definitely keep an eye on them. Always take 3 or more readings and average them out. Gives you a more accurate reading

Ok thanks bros. I picked up some fish oil, hawthorn berry, liver care, and vitamin b5. Gotta have support supplements. I'm already on cycle Assist. I'm in health care so I have bp monitor access everyday. I'll check in a few days or a week and get back to y'all

Take 1 asprin ed and will lower blood pressure. When i run DBOL it is a must for me!

There was a real good thread on BP not long ago, but fucked if I can find it now. I wish it would have been made a sticky. Not sure how to get a sticky done but one should be made for high BP imo b/c it is such a common question and the members have a good handle on what helps. I had the same prob btw. keep an eye on it as others have said not real high atm but want to watch it.

Anyway I cut this info posted by UserAT204

Take what essay said but with Red yeast rice, it will decrease coq10 in your body so important to run those together. This stuff has all really worked for me.

Here's what I actually did and it's not that expensive.

First 2 weeks
800mg Magnesium/d
800mg Potassium/d
1.5g Calcium
150mg CoQ-10

After 2 weeks drop the Mag/Pot (unless your BP hasn't dropped at least 10 points, then stick with it for another two weeks)

After 4 weeks just take the 150mg/d of the CoQ-10. Even dropping to 100mg/d will proly do for maintenance.

Then on top of this I take Red yeast rice, Hawthorne, and 5-10g fish oil. My Bp was 145-150/90-94.

This dropped it to 120-80 and has stayed consistently after dropping the others. It won't work for everyone but I know plenty who had good results. I also got a bp med from my doc which is just a diuretic, Microzide, I took that for a few days but felt like a 5 yr old kid taking a leak every 30 minutes lol.

There is a lot of good info in this thread and really anyone on gear should be looking this over and running supplements to help protect cardiovascular system.

i havet to take a shit load of meds for mine,2 prescr meds and i have to increase thier dosages while on cycle, cause deca raises mine big time, but i keep it under control, mine reads on average 117/78 while on cycle,i also take 6000mg fish oil/day,an 81mg baby aspirin, and no salt!!!!

i had a problem last year after surgery where my blood pressure was to high to long, and it caused me to have an enlarged heart,so i watch mine like a damn hawk, anything over 140/85 is high for me,and i keep it as i mentioned above

Why the h... dont you ask an MD that question rather than relying on the "professional" opinion of amateurs??

Because blood pressure isn't exactly rocket science that's requires the opinion of a doctor. Especially when there are steroids involved. I ask the bros because everyone here has personal experience with changes from aas and what could cause/improve it during cycle.

If I had year round bp issues of course I would consult a doctor about what could be causing it. But with my situation, I know exactly what is causing it.

When your "ON" you should be worry only about the diastolic parameter and not consider the systolic.
80 diastolic is fine, your bp on gear is good, you have nothing to worry about (about your BP).

This is the info I was looking for. What to expect when "on". That's what I was wondering too. The only thing high is my systolic. Diastolic is under 90
