Just finished 1st cycle

Hello all, my first post here. Just completed my first cycle test E 12 weeks with great results. Thought I could share and ask for advice on second cycle to start in March.
Stats at start:
Age 48
weight 192
Arms 16"
chest 43"
Waist 35"
Thigh 23"
Calf 16"

End
Age 48
Weight 218
Arms 17.5"
Chest 47"
Waist 35.5"
Thigh 26"
Calf 17"

Diet clean except for every third Sunday load up on everything in sight. During cycle diet was 275g protein 275g carbs and 80-100g fats.
Goal is to compete at state level in masters division.

Been training off and on for 25 years natural. Got serious again three years ago and just started using gear.

Will be starting post cycle therapy (pct) in 18 days, Clomid and nolva...

Thanks in advance for any advice for next run.
 
I have to say my first one was a really enjoyable run. No negatives at all. Feel extremely strong and full. Mission now is to retain as much as possible and prep for cut cycle in March. Plan on test for sure and thinking about adding tren along with clen. Any and all advise welcome to prep for this cycle. Used 500 mg test per week split at 250 sunday am and wed night. Should i use the same or increase dose some on second cycle?

Sorry forgot to post height is 5'10" and caliper measured bf before was 14% and yesterday was 12%.

Nice job man, those are some good numbers! I am getting ready to run my 1st cycle of test enth and we have similiar measurements, will have to compare numbers after my run ! :D
 
Yea man be sure to post, very interested what other guys experience is like... Still would love advice from someone on whats best cycle for my 2nd.

good first cycle!!! what are you wanting to do on your second cycle? Bulk more,cut? lots of different cycles,depends on your goals
 
Second cycle will be a cut cycle. Start in March and will include Test E for sure. Just looking at options for what second compond might be. Wont be worried about weight, only BF. Will def be looking to get down in single digits with diet. For my bulk right now diet macros is Protein 300g carbs 300g and fats 100g.
