It was double boxed and discreet. Why anyone would order from anyone else and not support the board is beyond me. These 100 pinz will last me months. no more having to go to the Pharmacy cause i realized I was out.

Got my order, but only the needles arrived?!
My syringes and alcohol pads weren't in the box, although all items were part of the same order. I've already submitted a message to DLM but...has anyone had a similar experience, or do they ship the needles and syringes separately or something?

mine came like that as well, dont worry im sure your other box will show up next day or so. I think they sometimes come from different places. if it doesnt show soon, just let me know, but like i said, i wouldnt worry about it.

Ha HA - and I use to live about 30 min south of you.
Now I'm in Florida - it seems about 3/4 of the people here are from Michigan.
But I digress...

My brother still lives about 30 min form Detroit - we both own property in the UP - but I haven't been there in about 5 years.

Within 6 hours of sending off the complaint email, everything was straightened up.
It is indeed a split order from different locations.

To update everyone about orders.
Some orders are sent from other locations. For if items are not in the main warehouse, then there is automatic search put in the system to check the other warehouses across the country for your items. But also seems to be a issue with the warehouses for some reasons the manufactures can't keep up with production. Because the warehouses are supplying other companies also with massive orders. If at anytime your order seems delayed, just let us know if you want a similar item or a refund.
We don't want unhappy customers. Also please plan ahead with purchases even though one day items can be fully in stock and arrive within a week. Sometimes items are out of stock due to the massive orders from other companies. We are sorry if there has been any problems for anyone lately with orders. But I have been calling the warehouse to find similar items when customers needed the items ASAP.

Third Note:
We just had to deal with multiple uses of stolen credit cards on our website. For orders totallying 600 to 700 USD a piece. For a total of over 12,000 USD of orders. Lucky we only loss about 1,000 USD of products and stop sending out orders due to noticing the odd activity. But now we have to make up for the loss.
Fourth Note:
Anyone workout near Kalamazoo, Mi? Even though I am originally from Detroit?

I made an order this saturday. Got tracking number for one package shipped this wednesday by ups and in email there was a note one package will come by usps which did this wednesday also...after those two ^^^ my order status changed to shipped, but i still miss half of my order (bac water + 100 insulin pins)
