I am banned!
Im on 600 deca/tren. and low dose test.

I started cycle about 4 weeks ago at 106kg, im lucky to be 108kg now.

Gear is deffinetly legit, I can link to multiple aussie threads that have pics of my same gear and other people using it etc etc all G2G. We all get it from the same source etc.

So my gear isn't the problem. Im getting frustrated and upset I haven't changed at all. Ill be honest, I haven't eaten much, well enough to really put on size I reckon, but still, shouldn't I have put on at least a few kg in water? I wanted to go from 106 to at least 112-115 from this cycle. I would up the test to a gram but dont like the libido increase.


Is it my nutrition holding me back? IM FRUSTRATED! Gear is deffs G2G
 
Cant break 108. I do then a day im busy and don't eat as much, bam back to 107ish.

Fucking demotivating.
 
Gains are made in the kitchen homey. If you're not eating enough to supply your body the raw materials to build muscle mass, how can you expect it to do so? Maintenance + 500kcals is common. You probably should head over to the diet forum and learn as much as you can.

I know how to eat mate, its just a lot of effort so some days I just don't fuckin bother. Probably why im not gaining. Really a pointless thread, sorry about that. I would think that id at least put a few KG on even if im not eating due to the gear im on?
 
Even if your not gaining you should still be be to tell that your "on". Pumps,, hardness...vascularity..do you have these symptoms?

Yep get pumps, no no hardness or vascularity. but then again im not lean.Probably like 16 or so bf. Probably higher
 
Can someone confirm, im tired as hell and maths isn't great but im pretty sure that's 4 weeks. Well end of 4 weeks, today is Friday, 21st was a Monday. SO 2 DAYS TIME START 5TH WEEK
 
You need to eat every day and make sure your eating what you require to grow. It is up to you to find out how much that is. Also the gear will start to kick in around week 6 to 7 full blast. I mean just since steroids are built up to a certain level in your blood does not mean that the muscle can be packed on that fast to. Muscle takes time to be made and put on. I would take a multivitamin and make sure I was eating at least 1.5grams of protein per pound. Muscle does take time though. And every one responds different to steroids.

I think it's pointless to run that much gear if you're not eating right. You can't make muscle out of thin air; get that diet fixed, and you'll see gains. Simple as that.

But, the question is, I know its pointless if im not eating BUT. Over my current cycle how much more muscle do YOU think it would put on?

That's a very tough question to answer as it depends on several factors including your lifting experience (the longer you've been doing it means you have a better muscle-mind connection and lift more efficiently), your sleep/rest patterns, genetic predisposition to putting on mass (some of us are just blessed with easier gains), response to anabolics, and of course your diet.

Will you gain more from upping the doses to those levels? Yes, but how much more is a very difficult thing to answer. AAS is one of those things in life where more isn't necessarily always better. :)
 
In all honesty, I would say forget the gear and get your diet down. If you can't get dedicated to that your fucked from the beginning. You won't have any growth if your not dieting properly. And let me tell you that is the hardest part. Spend your $$$ on food!!!!

As for your suggested cycle it's way off. No need to run deca & tren together IMO. There's more effective compounds that you can stack together to be more efficient. As far as going over a gram a week that's fine as long as you have the experience bc you will notice sides so keep your AI's on hand. I go way above a gram now days but remember when I first started years ago I had some pretty bad sides anything close to a gram.
