ok guys so after 2 years of training I joined the Air Force and went through basic training and lost about 13lbs. Since then about 5 months ive been training hard again but have found it almost impossible to get back to where I was. My strength and my size wont go up I even bought a damn mass gainer to try to put lbs on but that just made me fat. I'm 22 and thinking about doing
1-12 test E 250mg/deca 200mg
1-4 100mg anadrol everyday
1-12 20mg Aromasin EOD
1-16 500iu HCG twice a week

PCT:
20mg of tamoxifin ED
20mg clomid ED

I'm 5'8 185lbs
3 rep max:
bp: 245 (down from 285)
squat: 335 (down from 365)
deadlift: 385 (down from 415)

What do ya'll think?

You are most likely going on to some sort of follow on training? Or job school? In that case you will be eating chow hall food, which is not ideal for a cycle. I'd wait till you are at your permanent duty station before you begin a cycle.

I just got to my permanent station. I have to eat chow hall food for the next 3 years no matter but I just get 4 chicken breast for lunch and 4 for diner and weigh and fix my food that along with getting extra bullshit carbs.. its not ideal but I track myself as closely as I can and I'm hitting my macros just not with the most perfect food

Buy some cans of tuna in bulk to keep in your room. Dude little piece of advice, move out in town with a few buddies, you can rent a place even without rating housing allowance. This way you can cook your own food, and keep your sanity!

even if I move off I still have to pay for the chow hall right out of my paycheck. But I do cook some of my own food on the side its just not that easy when you don't get payed all that great. Granted everything is payed for but food wise it puts me in a difficult situation.

No your too young spend the money on a diet program. Your natural test level are high enough as is. If you cant gain at your age its diet. Most kids your age cant.

Agreed! Looks like a harmless cycle, but your test levels are off the chart right now. Not to mention you'll go to the brig if you git caught. Be smart young grasshopper. Semper Fi

When people always claim test levels are High at a certain age btw 20-24 or so, what are they looking at mg wise per week, ranging from low to the high end?

I was thinking like 100mg would be near highest?

100mg weekly puts me at 520

A certain amount of exogenous test doesn't correspond to the same test level readings in different individuals, though across enough people it might be close

That's why even if both patient+doctor combos are targeting say, 800 and getting pretty close (+/- 50) one might be on 100mg/wk and another might be at 175 or even 200mg+ (extreme case but it happens)
