His routine is out of hand, he says he like the high volume stuff i swear he must have done 10 sets of leg extensions and leg curls, he just seems to never stop.

and on leg day he did alot of sets of incline db and bb along with 3 fly movements.
I guess he doesnt belive in overtraining :-0
Then he went ahead to talk about how he eats about 10 times a day and on weekends that he travels he looses 10 lbs.

all in all he is a monster.

10 pounds is almost "not much" to lose. I lose .5-1 pound for every meal I miss, water weight comes and goes FAST. If its only half a pound that I lose, its because its a small meal that I've missed, 700ish calories.

He does high volume but very light weights, so its not all that freaky at all. There is a balanced way to train and his is just shifted towards lower intensity, higher volume. He doesn't believe in big weights because he claims to fear injury, he considers it training "smarter."

heavy is relative..like mudge says he pretty much is using sub max weights..
if you can bench 275 for 8 but only load the bar to 185and did sets of 8 it would be pretty easy no?

Jay's weights are just higher and thats why some are impressed

He will bench no more than 4 plates that I've seen, and there are enough BBers that will do 5 plates for reps that its not "heavy" for a guy ~300 pounds. So yes, relatively speaking, if someone can bench xxx pounds and they are never going over 70% of that, its not heavy.

He does a lot of rest pausing as well.

As a wrestler i know weight changes alot. Every 2-3 hours i'll drop at least a pound or so just sitting around.

At night, while you are sleeping, your looking at anywhere from 2-4 lbs gone for some people.

I lose a minimum of 2 overnight, with 5-6 hours of sleep. I have heard of 5+ in one guy who weighs less than I do.
