Well i have been lifting for a year but not much in the last month due to injury (nearly tore off knee).
I was a Powerlifter since i started lifting a year ago doing usually no more than 5 reps on just about all lifts but now decided to bodybuild. My lifts when i quit were Squat 415, DL 445, Bench 255. I am about 245 pounds but pretty fat i guess.
I've been reading on BB but not sure how many sets to do for each muscle group as most people say different things.
I followed Westside Barbell routines but didnt keep track of the sets too well.
