Hey ya'll, last week I switched to shooting in the delts to give my glutes a rest...I have done my glutes for several months now, and wanted you all's opinion on whether i should shoot delts for one more week before starting to alternate weeks of delts and glutes? Thanks

How often are you injecting per week?

I rotate between delts and glutes, have stopped qauds for a while as they are a bitch for me (painful, always hit a nerve, just a general fucking pain in the ass yet some people find the opposite). Delts and Glutes give me no PIP and the needle goes in like butter.

Well, i'm still wussing out on the quads...for now. (: I inject every 3.5 days. I was thinking of hitting the delts again for a week to give the glutes a bit longer rest. (not that they hurt or anything) just for the "scar tissue" if there is any, and receptor issues...if that matters...don't know. What do you all think, does it matter? I inject tomorrow morning.

Thanks

Just rotate them in. You will be fine. Keeping rotating those four spots. And in quads some day. Hit the outsides and you will be fine.

Receptor issues... No such thing. Doesn't matter where you inject, localised growth does not happen with esterfied AAS, maybe base AAS (ie, Injectable Dbol, Test Suspension or Injectable Winny) even then it won't just attach to receptors in the injected muscle.

That's not what I meant, exactly. More along the lines of the scar tissues build up around the area causing the absorption to be less than 100%. However, I am not sure this is even an issue. I just heard anecdotal conversations of it on a forum before.

Thanks to both you!

Don't do calves. Ever. Heard really bad things.

I would do triceps before biceps. Go with the bigger muscle.

Look into trying the ventoglute.

Traps are supposed to be fine if you can have someone else pin them for you, I wouldn't attempt doing it on yourself.

Ventroglutes are seriously underrated - no idea why; painless, huge area to hit... hell you can rotate areas within the area.

I was doing Delts for a little while, aches like a bitch and I already have shoulder issues which Im addressing so I didint want to increase inflammation and scar tissue. I started doing ventro glute and its a breeze. quads and glute FTW.

not hijacking just a quick question. Couldn't really figure it out by pictures but, what is the difference between glutes and ventroglutes?
