Hey jboat,

The best tip I can give you is to take plenty of notes.

I also recommend writing the topic at the top of each page for easy reference.

For example - when I was first learning about hcg I needed to understand what it was - how to dose it under different circumstances - how to mix it - and exactly what I needed to order to properly mix it..."and so on."

It's also helpful to reference who is giving the advise in some cases.
