Enjoying reading this forum and having fun soaking up info/opinions from everyone here.

About me:
NEWBIE to any type of official body building

5'7
149 lbs
I work super hard at the gym, take 1-2 days off per week, cardio & alternate muscle groups according to the days. After 3 kids at a young age I am probably more fit than before the 3 kids, I worked hard to get where I am and I have no shame in being proud of my accomplishments so far!

Thanks for having me and answering any questions I have! Off to do some more reading :wavey:
 
Gain more lean muscle, first and formost! I also want to run some marathons and maybe some triathlons, pretty basic stuff.
