Man he looks small during his off season - that is one heck of a transformation each year for his comps. I wonder how his body copes with the huge changes year in and year out?
the reason levrone chooses to train 4-6 months out for the O is not only because of his schedule but when your on a cycle for too long your reciptors dwidell down. Reciptors: they take in the "juice" but when you have a long cycle you have to increse the dosage to have the same gains if you have a shorter cycle...kevin found out that he can get on the most hardcore cycle for 4-6 months then off for 6-8 months to let his reciptors heal...this is what helps him make his body what it is at comp.
