Yea I agree with the bros.....technically I doubt anything could happen to you, but still you never know...being questioned about a 17 yr old want look good in any standards...
17 yrs old, so how long does that mean he has been training seriously? Make sure he is following a proper workout regimen and help him with his diet if you can. Give him all the advice you would give as if you didnt even know he was juicing.
Tell him that he should be huge by now and his gear is fake. He should stop taking it in case it's dirty or he might get a REAL BAD infection and need to have a chunk of muscle removed. That type of advice shouldn't get you in trouble, and it may be sound based on the fact that he has made no gains.
