ok, please critique this a bit. my goals are to put on around 15-20 pounds of solid muscle while losing fat. right now i'm like 5'8"-5'9" 215 maybe 11-12% bf.

weeks 1-28 : Jintrophin HGH @ 4 ius ED
weeks 3-6 : d-bol @ 20mg ED
weeks 3-14 : test enanthate @ 500mg a week
weeks 3-16 : Liquidex @ .25-.5mg ED (depending on bloat)
weeks 15-16 : Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) @ 250 ius ED (tried it like this and loved it)
weeks 17-20 : Nolvadex @ 40mg days 1-14, 20mg 15-30
week 17: Clomid @ 100mg ED
weeks 5-7, 11-13, 17-19, 23-25 : Humalog Insulin @ 10ius Postworkout
weeks 5-8, 12-15: T3 @ 25 mcg ED <<< good or no??

i have the clomid for only the one week because i feel that with the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) being used towards the end and with the nolvadex at full length i'll be able to bounce back fast as ****. i don't want to do insulin more than once a day as i said i'm not trying to be ronnie coleman here just trying to add lean mass and get shredded. i have the T3 in two 4 week cycles with a 3 week break in between only while i'm on AAS... lemme know what you guys think, thanks

cycle looks good, i am no insulin expert though. I do know some have a hard time getting shredded on slin, and some use it precontest, so you will have to see for yourself. I never have seen Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) run that way, and not sure if running it for two weeks straight will surpress you more as it can be surpressive. I would probably just pick clomid or nolva and run it. I can't really say much about your post cycle therapy (pct) because i have never seen anyone do it quite like that, but if it works for you, so be it.
 
i saw you're pictures in the members section and you look like you're under 25years. I dont know how good that is for you to be shooting GH and insulin at a young age. Whats your cycle history
 
Shooting Gh and insulin at such a young age . My exact thoughts. A person starting HGH should be at least 30 years old if not older. I hate to see you do insulin also. How would you like to do insulin your whole life? When you HGH at your age there is a chance that you end up with some real problems. Temporarily anyway. Give it some more thought.
 
If you want to gain mass while losing fat at the same time you should really consider running tren along with the test.
 
Are you using the T3 for getting ripped or solely for protein synthesis? If its for getting ripped, you are going to have to do more than 25mcg Ed and you will have to pyramid up and down. Also, it is better to stay of of T3 for at least 8-10 weeks before you do it again (for fat loss anyway)
 
this is what i don't get about HGH, everyone says wait till 30, great test levels start declining a bit at 30 too, should we wait till then to use that as well. his dosages on everything seem pretty moderate, i have never seen anything to say slin will fuck with your pancreas, nothing whatsoever. Not that i am for or agains HGH, just i don't get the reasoning. Personally i would never spend that kind of money unless i was going to ge onstage or i couldn't make gains without enormous amounts of gear, but that is me.
 
I say his body makes enough HGH at his age. If he's going to supplement it ,theres going to be an abundance of it. This could lead to certain problems with it. Carpel tunnel,abnormal bone growth,soreness in his joints,and acromelogy are just a few.Most people test levels don't decline until 50 normally. I've heard of a few cases were insulin use caused a person to be on it for a while till endocrinogist's figure out the doseage. Just my $.02 thrown in for good measure.
 
That's a good point Jcp, I'd like to see some studies behind a few of these theories. His body is producing more endo hGH than a 30 year old, but the same is true with test, and t3. I haven't seen studies that show hGH administration to be any different on people of varying ages, once their bone endings have closed. I'd say their would be more of an "overabundance" problem with people doing 15-20iu's a day.
As for the t3, if your more concerned about your muscle sticking I wouldn't run the last round and just extend the first. With 28 weeks, you'd have time to run a bulker and cutter, and that my produce a better end result. However, it's well planned as is.
