alright ,i`m 32 , been traing properly for atleast 13 years. 2months ago i strained my acl ,but now the other knee is getting stiff and sore too (probably from limping for 2 months?) i`ve always trained legs fairly heavy,but nothing crazy as my quads grow pretty easily,however my calves used to suck so over the years i`ve done regular 800 lb calf raises to get them to a reasonable size of 19 inches.anyway ,i haven`t trained legs going onto 3 months and i`m watching them shrink by the day. any of you had a similar situation ? how long did it take till you were healed and could train with descent weights again? it feels like this is never gonna go away and it`s making me freakin miserable! i compete at the moment and with no legs,i can forget about it,this is really depressing.
