I had knee surgery quite a few years ago, im not going to date myself lol..anyway it was an old hockey injury and i had a brace made back then that i would wear under my knee pads..i still use it today when squatting..however i think its really old and only offering mental support..it was custom made and cost quite a bit of money..ive heard that one shouldnt use knee wraps unless squatting 5-600+ lbs(not quite there yet).. any opinions on this inzer sleeve or would those cheap neoprene ones be the same?

are your knees bothering you during or after squats? if not dont use any knee support. if they are bothering you get a good set of wraps and go with a medium wrap like the one i demo'd in the video section.

inzer makes a good set for 22 bucks.

occasionally i get some pain but not necassarily right after squatting or deads..it may just be some arthritic pain..its bothering me now lol and i havent done anything since thurs morn (deads) involving the legs.. yeah i saw the wraps on their site as well.hell 22 is better than 55..i can get 100 more bianabols :D

if your protecting a injury theres no set amount of weight you need to be lifting to use wraps .
ive never use the sleeves , if they give good support they would be much easier to use day in and out in the gym than wraps . but with wraps you can adjust the amount of support they give as the weight goes up by pulling them tighter and with a little practice you will be wrapping your knees just like ol pullinbig in no time lol .

i wish you guys could have seen me the first time i tried it. i looked like i had a palsy or sumpin. (no disrespect intended for the handicapped) i can wrap um in less than a minute now no prob.

What's the proper way to wrap your knees? I ordered some Inzer knee wraps, so they should be here within the week (I hope). Lately I have been getting knee pains when doing heavy leg work and I don't wan't to get into future trouble with my knees.

Is there a right/wrong way to wrap your knees?
