I literally have this same question LOL, I would think it'd be okay to take both as long as you have an adequate water intake (1.5-2 gallons) I tried Kre-Alkalyn for 3 days without creatine mono and my weight went up 4lbs while in a calorie deficit. I just wanted to test it (work in a supp store/gym) so my guess is it does something.. I read the article on it in a magazine (not like it's a reliable source BUT) the guy who created it tested it on an olympic weight lifting team and one half took Kre, while the other just mono. Kre group had a 28% strength increase over the guys using just mono. If there's no bs involved than it's pretty astounding improvement considering the guys were professional elite weight-lifters. God damn i just need to buy a bottle and run it for a month haha
