L-arginine?

l-arginine increases bloodflow allowing for more nutrients and oxygen to transfer to your muscles faster. I personally cycle my arginine after my cycles i take it with creatine and grape extract because the sugars from grapes acts as an insulin going directly into your blood stream...
i dont take any of that pre workout mix garbage the main ingredient is just sugar most the time... plus caffine... counter productive for growth

if you never know what an ingredient is in a pre workout research it half the time its a fancy word for sugar or splenda
most the time post workout r just corn starch..... corn is the cheapest edible thing in the world!!!(no joke)
most gainers are just corn flour...... the only thing we pay for with supps mixed with "everything" is just flavor
