i'm on the low end or low on all of these. need some honest opinions. the doc that drew them was a prick! i complained of fatique and he didn't even schedule a follow-up...didn't even call to tell me some other labs were out of whack. oh yeah, i'm 29yo and clean...i just want to feel good again!

B12: 286 normal:200-1100

test: 290 normal:241-827

free test: 12.9 normal:13-40

% of free test .44 normal: 0.2-0.7

I would not want to be on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at 29 years old. I would try and figure out another way to try and get that up. But that is just me.

find another doc! what kind of cycle history

a couple in the books...last one was about a 16 weeker with good, no great post cycle therapy (pct). i've done my homework and don't consider myself a novice in this area...i just don't know whether i want to handle this myself or via a doc. i do like to hear opinions from good bros like you!

that's just what i'm trying to do...i don't know if that route is for me either!

What was your last post cycle therapy (pct)? Clomid or Nolvadex or both? Did you taper them off?

a great read dealing with long term shutdown

did you have baseline blood work done before at any time?
if your doc isn't informing you on blood work that is abnormal you need a different doc.

both...yes...and a little bit of hcg
Did you do the hCG before the post cycle therapy (pct) or during the post cycle therapy (pct)? If you did it during the post cycle therapy (pct), then you need to repeat the post cycle therapy (pct) without the hCG.

before...ran a little here and there to keep things normal during cycle...ran post cycle therapy (pct)...everything is good after...then wham...brick wall, run down  !

it's been a year since any post cycle therapy (pct) even. i think my drop is from something else...don't know what...no cancer, other disease. it may be that i'm just gonna be low from now on!

That's true. I've never touched Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) or prohormones or anything like that, but I had low test and am thus on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) in my 20s. On the other hand, I might have suppressed my testosterone levels at one time (like during severe calorie restriction) and not had to enough time to recover prior to my bloodwork. Maybe I could have recovered somehow, but I wasn't willing to spend time experimenting. I went on real Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to rid myself of the low testosterone symptoms.

On the other hand, previous Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use is always suspect (and for good reason) and the vast majority of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) users _do_ recover, although it takes a good bit of time for many of them.
