If your hematocrit and hemoglobin, and rbc's are getting high from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you need to talk with your doc. Most AAS will increase these. Donating is a good option to remove the volume of whole blood. But this typically is caused by higher doses.
Is there any history of hemochromatosis in your family? Basically it's checked as iron/ hemoglobin. If that small dose is increasing your numbers to much, your doc can order therapeutic blood draws. But do not mention testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) when donating blood, they will refuse you and claim you are no longer donating and consider it therapeutic which they will want to charge you for or deny you all together.
Sounds like you are either just getting started or your doc doesn't know much about hormones and replacement. Are you using any hcg? Your hemoglobin needs to be between 14-16, hematocrit between 45-50.
Right now you really do not need to worry, you aren't in a dangerous range but you want to keep an eye on it to insure it doesn't continue to increase. > 19 / > 54 is getting too high for hemo/hemato. Keep an eye on bp. Baby aspirin is good but doesnt thin blood.
So don't get yourself to worked up over this because you are fine and in no danger but you want to donate and get the numbers down, you should get about a 3 point drop. And switch to twice a week injects.
