On the CEE I use, it says to take on an empty stomach, preferably 30-1hour prior to a workout. Would this be ok? I've done this in the past, but after eating oatmeal/fruits prior to my workout now, I get a good amount of energy. Should I eat some oatmeal like 30min before my workout and then take the CEE 5-10min prior to my workout?
