I had been really dialed in for a while now at 150mg e7d..i did a short blast from May to mid June, bumped up to 400mg split 200mg e3d...i gave it some time to let my levels come down and started back to my normal protocol in mid June. I just got these labs back today..

Tt: above 1500
Ft: 75.6 (12–34)
E2 sensitive 29
Hdl slightly low.. Hematocrit slightly high

two things have changed since I went back to my normal protocol
1. I started doing all shoulder injections instead of quads
2. I started dhea, preg, and DIM.... The dim is doing a fantastic job btw.. I've been able to drop my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) altogether and my e2is perfect.
Anyone have any idea why my levels are so high now? In between the blast and my normal dose I waited about 2 weeks..

Takes 4-5 weeks to drop back down. You mention 2 weeks, does that mean this test was done 2 weeks after you resumed your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocol?

No, I didn't do a shot for two weeks between my last week @ 400mg and my normal protocol... I had labs done towards the end of that blast and my numbers weren't as high as they are right now... I'm pretty confused and I need to get dialed back in before the first week of September when I see the endo again.. Maybe I should give it an extra week off and let my numbers taper down lower then hit the normal protocol again?

to clarify.. It's been about 6 Weeks since the last week of the blast and closer to 4 weeks since restart testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose...

Your numbers should be dropping down to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) values pretty damn soon. I can't see anything else you've been taking causing an elevated test level, so that would be my guess. If you're super worried, I'd get another test the week before you have to head in and verify that they're not still supraphysiological. If they are, I'd reschedule the endo appointment.

**NOTE: My apologies to the IMT guys if this content is out of bounds for this forum. I replied without realizing which forum it was posted in and understand if it needs to be moved or deleted. In the future, I'd post this kind of question in the AAS section bigben as it involves illicit drug use and not necessarily strict testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) protocols.

Yes, you're seeing the long esters of T at work. It'll take some time before your levels drop back down into range if you were taking such a high blast, most people @ 200mg are above range to begin with - except possibly being back in range during their trough. There's a chart somewhere based on the esters that will basically show how many mg of T should still be in your system based on your injection schedule and the halflife of the compound. So basically it allows you to select that you're injecting Test Cyp, E3.5d @ x MG and then charts about 120 days out. I believe its dubbed a Post Cycle Therapy calculator because for those doing cycles, it shows where they should begin their PCT based on the the amount of compound you used and the halflife.
