Lady Anavar and ECA stack :) Day 1 of first cycle...

Good Morning

I just wanted to share that I have now started my first cycle of Anavar with ECA stack :) Day 1 today... wanted to get any pointers as for any tips or advice that you ladies have found to make sure I minimize my chances of side effects :)

Any suggestions welcome :)

I am eating clean, taking my regular vitamins (multi, fish oils, CLA) plus ECA stack with Anavar 10 and of course cardio in the mornings and complete workout in the evening...

Eventhough var is "female friendly" and at doses under 20mg is pretty safe when it comes to sides, we can all react diffrently to compounds & depending how sensative u are, u can experience sides even at "lower" dosages.. There isn't much u can control when it comes to sides (since u are taking a compound for the first time u don't really know how your body will react) One thing u can do is monitor for any changes & as u see you are tolerating a dose, slowly taper it up, if u notice any sides, taper down or stop completely..

And of course continue eating clean, drink plenty of water & push yourself in the gym, nothing really much different than if u were just training naturally.

I have been going strong... I know it's too soon to tell yet as it's only been 5 days but I am so far so good. :) I do have a training partner (my BF who is familiar and comfortable, as well as a "regular" on this forum) who trains with me and he also helps me push myself even more :) which I love! ....it's hard to find a GOOD training partner who can keep up and push you! And he does it well :)

I have been eating clean and increased my food to 1500 cals a day as I wasn't eating enough (1000-1250 cals/day), I do cardio in the morning before breakfast and rest of my workout after work...

Also the ECA stack hasn't left me jittery or anything and I am feeling good... the only thing I find, even though I do drink a lot of water already but I have been more thirsty.... I drink anywhere between 3-4L a day...
 
If you can put up before/ after pics that'd be helpful to other females looking into the same cycle. That's the #1 thing I always look for when searching for logs of cycles I'm interested in.

It doesn't have to be anything too exposing, just something showing general change in your body composition.

I have posted an album in my profile showing where I started and where I am today... yes... work in progress and I got a long way to go still... but I will get there :)
