I've been training hard on my lats trying to get somemore wider,

I'm still lacking so much lats, since back is the antagonist of chest and I never hit flat bench press because it blows my shoulder, would it be some part of the reason?

I mean yes I hit flat db press, declined bb and db press and incline db press but incline bb and flat bb kills my shoulder as soon as I put over 185 lbs for my reps...

Should I just do my workout as usual for chest and do some 3-0-2 tempo flat bench press at the end ?

Help me I still can't fly with my lats !

Edit : Since i've modified my training routine to hit more on the back, my mid back got results though, looks like way more thick.
 
I had this prob with my lats as well. I always work chest hard tho (Flat bench every time). Lats are a hard area to hit when you have little mass there but once you get some (trial and error with exercises) it gets easier. Try doing straight arm pull downs at the begging and end of your workout. Also do some shoulder warm ups for 3-5 min with the 5-10 lbs dumbbells. Try to get blood to that area.

Yeah I used to do straight-arm pulldowns but I'm not able to isolate my lats at all

Ya man that does suck, and honestly the only thing that help me hit my lats was one day I just randomly got crazy sore on my lats. From then on I could just work them.
 
watch milos sarcev back video training on youtube, he has some nice techniques in isolating lats, use wrist straps for your pullups and lat pulldowns
