"Layman's Guide to Steroids" By: Mick Heart

I’m just curious if anyone else has an opinion on this. I have read both of Mick’s manuals about steroids and they are rather interesting. Once you get past the British English it becomes rather informative. Opinions?

Also, Has anyone seen the movie “Bigger, Faster and Stronger”

Haven't read it but I think everyone that has ever lifted a weight (and been serious about it) has seen Bigger Faster Stronger haha

I recently just watched that movie on netflix. It was rather informative for the most part. I would suggest it to the newbee's that are on the fince. Y'all?

If this newb is thinking about taking steroids then it wouldn't hurt showing it to them but would definitely need to read much much more on the subject before running a cycle...I would suggest the documentary to anyone that hasn't seen it, AAS are looked down upon so badly by people who are uninformed/uneducated on the subject...

Mick has gone e-book route

I ordered both books from Micks website. I got email saying my order was g2g. My books never showed up and my credit card was Never hit. I am pretty sure they are now e books only. I wrote e mail back and never got a reply. I also ordered anabolic review from amazon and was billed but never received. I have a claim in with amazon. It is a god damn conspiracy!!! I don't like e books cause it's hard to hold laptop and wipe ass while reading on the throne.

Ya most def they are an ebook now. I am trying to figure out how to post a few things out of the book. I read both of his ebooks now. Some of the stacks and what not that he used are hard to find now. I mean whatever works I guess. But on a side note once I ordered the books, I keep getting ejunk from them asking to by the emagazine... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
