Leaning toward PINNING as infrequently as possible... HCG yay or nay?

(I really tried googling this a lot, but couldn't find a situation similar to mine. HCG cost isn't an issue, it's cheap! it's just that... I hate having to pin 4 times a week :()

Just coming off a serious and very successful cut. I have another 2-3 weeks to go

Before: 189lbs

Now:
160lbs, Approx 10% bodyfat according to scale, but I look "leaner" to most people. But I'm probably hiding fat in other areas. I could be even higher than 10% for all I know. Abs are clear though.

My hate toward needles has been a blessing in disguise. Because it made do a lot and a lot of research before deciding to do AAS. It's also made me keep things as simple as possible. I've done two cycles before, both Test-e only. First cycle was..ok. Second cycle was really good. Learned from PCT mistakes.

Prospective third cycle:

Test-e : 500mg a week for 10 weeks (2 cycle experience)
Dianabol: 30mg a day for 4 weeks (New! excited about it)
HCG: 500iu a week, weeks 2-10 (Not excited :( )

So, here are my questions:

What's the convenience:benefit ratio of pinning HCG twice a week? This would make my number of pinnings go up to 4 times a week . (Oh dear...)

Also, if you guys absolutely recommend it, can I just pin HCG 500iu ONCE a week?

you've don 2 cycles and your still scared of pinning...

also hcg is usually pinned 2x per week not 4 times

I'm 28. Well, I'm not gonna defend myself here. I used to be EXTREMELY afraid of needles and I've come a long way tbh. But yeah, I can see how I may look childish.

It wasn't taken as "braggy" he was just fucking with you. Seriously though, you're pretty thin to be running AAS we're the same height and I weigh a lot more than you. Not picking on you just trying to make a point that maybe we should look at your diet, I'm afraid you're not eating enough to grow. Let's square that diet away and watch you grow. We need to get you a goal of 20 lbs here.
 
the reason you pin hcg 2x/wk is because it's active life is around 5 days so there would be 2 days a week where hcg is not in your system IF YOU ONLY PIN 1x A WEEK. probly not the best thing for your balls to be getting mixed signals like that.

I'm totally okay with NOT doing AAS just yet if you guys recommend it. I just cut down from 189lbs and during these 6 months I really truly saw how much easier it is to diet with counting calories diligently.

To gain back my mass (this time more LBM), I thought I could use AAS to help speed it up.

From the research I have done, I thought that as long as I got my diet and routine down to the tee, I would be good to use it. Perhaps I was wrong/misinformed and I need to have a certain size to use it?

I'm still on my cut for another week or so before I transition into maintenance for a few weeks. I'm currently eating at 3500 weekly deficit and I carb cycle using the leangains protocol. (this works for me, i dunno)

I haven't laid out my diet for my diet for my bulk phase yet, but I intend on doing a lot more research on it. From the little skimming I've done, i've read that your calories for bulking stay the same whether you're on AAS or not, but I'm not sure about this just yet.
 
It's not necessarily that you have to be a certain size but you need to be at your natural peak, or very close at the least. You obviously are not there as you've just cut a large amount of weight. I'm glad you're ok with not running AAS yet. Let's focus on natural gains for now and come back to AAS soon. Sound ok?

dude that is absolutely retared advice... not only does every bro in the word run it 2x week, but fucking doctors prescribe it that way.... you've been giving some really bad information the last couple days--- and half life means by whatever the half life is then half of the initial dose is gone... and this isn't something like testosterone where even levels through the whole course of administration is needed...

Yes a couple years would be awesome if you have the will power to hold out that long, honestly you've been one of the most receptive and least defensive people I've seen come in here asking for advice and I respect you fir that. A good reason to not cycle prior to natural peak is simple, it's a waste of money. Yes you will see gains quicker than natural but at the end of the day you're better off waiting. As open minded as you are with the right coaching you can have some serious gains. If you work hard and discipline yourself I'd even say use AAS in a year instead of 2... I kinda got of subject a little there ranting on but you get my gist. No, pin hcg 2x weekly.

There's no reason for me to NOT heed your advice. I'd be a complete fool to not learn from your experience.

This may sound a little "cliche'" but my goal is to put on muscle while staying as lean as possible. So I guess the answer would be "physique body" ? I've always been a "bigger guy" but never EVER had my abs showing. I finally have my abs showing nicely for the FIRST time in my life and this is a HUGE accomplishment for me. (Kinda why I mentioned it in my first post). I know it's not a big deal to you guys haha :P But I want to mantain these abs while gaining back my size. I feel small as hell now :(

I know this is going to be extremely hard to do, but I really think I'm ready for it. I count all my calories anyway, so all I need to do is recount my calories, but this time do a surplus of +3500 weekly.

It's disheartening to know that I can only put on 5lb-10lbs a year without AAS :( BUTTTTT, I'm patient. I live a very healthy life so I think i have all the time in the world to learn :P

Any tips for me going forward?

My short term goal: Transition into maintenance after 2 weeks. Stay on maintenance for a month.
Long term goal: Gain back my mass while staying lean (Gonna be hard!! But gonna do it...eventually:P)

Edit: Mirror test is what's most important to me, so XXlbs of muscle isn't the way I want to go for goals. Right now, I'm not as big as I want to be. But yeah, 20lbs would be awesome :D

also HCG has to be pinned atleast twice a week.. but i think you should really listen to wacey
 
I was instructed to pin my HGC 24 hours before I pin my test. So, 250 iu Sunday morning and Wednesday night for me then I pin my test Monday morning and Thursday night. The HCG will also help you keep your test from dipping giving you more stable levels. This is what I'm told anyhow. Working for me so far.

A coworker of mine pins 150 iu of HCG every evening as instructed by Dr. Crisler. He's been running like that for 5 years and has done very well with that protocol.
