You need to get your post count up so we can PM. I will help you as much as I can with my knowledge, there are others more qualified than me but I still know enough to get you in the right direction. I prefer to PM just so we can keep this individual to your needs so others who may not understand why I suggest something because their stats are different don't mislead you. If things get out of my league or I can't answer something I will direct you to a member who can. Or I will find the answer. I'm here to help you and I benefit nothing from this. Sorry about disappearing! My mind went off AAS for the past week or so cause school/work caught up to me and was focussing only on getting in my calories and workouts in :P

Yeah, I'll up my post count and PM you. I'd REALLY appreciate any help/advice once I start my bulking phase.

Honestly, I'm kind of worried because I've been cutting for so long that eating a surplus of 500 a day seems like no easy task. It seems so easy to overeat and put on too much fat!

I'm only around a week or two away from reaching my cut goal ...and I'm feeling a bit ...apprehensive? lol dunno if that's the word I'm lookign for!
