Leaning Up/Burning Fat

Hey all, I'm new here. After doing lengthy research, I was looking for some useful feedback on health and nutrition and figured this would be a great place to start.

I'm 5'8, around 170 pounds. Not skinny, not fat, not even chubby, really. I have some muscle but am not super tone. Just somewhere in the middle of all that (I haven't done it in a while but last time I did a BF% test I was around 13, so let's say in the 12-14 range). I'm trying to tone up (summer time) and burn fat and have begun incorporating incline walking after my work outs. I want to know if this following is a good workout routine and if I will get results from it? If so, in how long? If not, what else should I do?

Monday- Chest for a about an hour, abs, walk on treadmill with arms swinging for 30 minutes on 12-13 incline at 2.7-3.0 speed.

Tuesday- Back for a about an hour, walk on treadmill with arms swinging for 30 minutes on 12-13 incline at 2.7-3.0 speed.

Wednesday- Shoulders/Triceps for an hour, abs, walk on treadmill with arms swinging for 30 minutes on 12-13 incline at 2.7-3.0 speed.

Thursday- Biceps for an hour, walk on treadmill with arms swinging for 30 minutes on 12-13 incline at 2.7-3.0 speed.

Friday- Legs for an hour, abs, walk on treadmill with arms swinging for 30 minutes on 12-13 incline at 2.7-3.0 speed.

Saturday, Sunday- OFF

What do you think of this, more specifically the cardio/incline walking part? Should I be doing it every day? Should I be doing abs three times a week or just twice? Again my goal is to lean up more than gain mass (although some mass gaining wouldn't hurt). Please let me know, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
