I just want to encourage you to use periods, and commas, because it gets very tiring and hard to read your posts.

Halfwit, you're much taller in person than you look in your avi.
I'm a bit less yellow in person too. ;)

The reason why we inject in certain sites is to minimize this risk first and foremost. There are less vessels in these areas, not to mention ones that can actually carry enough oil to do anything. Can you get oil into a vessel by breaking one open on the way in or out? Yes. But not only does it close so fast unless something is keeping it open, but the odds of you injecting into a vessel (that's why we pin at a 90 degree angle) are very slim. A nerve nick is like getting hit by 240VAC and watching your leg fly up on it's own. It's over before you know it, but makes you dread poking a needle there again for awhile. ;)

Yeah, I'm not sure you did anything wrong, it could have just been bad luck, but just to be on the safe side, Google IM injection sites. Just flexing and aiming for the muscle isn't good enough. Quads are a good example, they're big and easy to reach, you can flex them and see where they are, but there's good spots and bad spots to pin. Some areas have more nerves and blood vessels than others, that's why it's important to look at diagram to see what's what.
