Leg Recovery Question

Guys,

Quick question about leg recovery...

I love my sprints, I sprint 3 times a week. I also love jogging, etc.

I train my legs once a week and I absolutely destroy them. I hobble out of the gym when I'm done and it hurts for days. I do squats (160kg), leg press (280kg), leg extensions, hamstring Curls, etc.

How long do you think you should wait after a good leg workout before doing sprints/jogging, etc.

I've been waiting around 48 hours. Do you think that's enough time for repair/growth?

IMO jogging and stretching the next day would be fine. it could actualy speed up recovery becuase of the increased blood/nutrient flow to the muscles. but i would avoid sprinting for about 2 days or so (depending on how you feel).
 
Excellent. Thanks for that. I'll base my routine around jogging the next day and sprinting a few days later.
