leg sickness

Nearly everytime i train my legs, i feel sick & dizzy afterwards for about 40 mins, & on a number of occasions have actually been sick. why is this? & how can i avoid this happening?

make sure that your breathing is correct . for squats a big breath at the top and let it out SLOWLY as your going up . for deads big breath before you pull and let it out SLOWLY as you go up or at the top . dont hold your breath .

thnx man, i'll try it, i must admit i often hold my breath when im squatting & leg pressing, that must be my problem.
 
when i train legs hard (squats leg ext's etc..) i feel like shit right after the workout, but thats just because im so spent. in addition , my legs stay sore for alot longer than any other muscle i train.

im exactly the same. i supose its just something uve gotta put up with. it can be de motivating at times though.
