make sure that your breathing is correct . for squats a big breath at the top and let it out SLOWLY as your going up . for deads big breath before you pull and let it out SLOWLY as you go up or at the top . dont hold your breath .baggio said:does anyone else experience this? i dont get it with any other bodypart

evansss said:when i train legs hard (squats leg ext's etc..) i feel like shit right after the workout, but thats just because im so spent. in addition , my legs stay sore for alot longer than any other muscle i train.
